　　一汽大众工厂搬运agv锂电池/霍克ev48-40使用案例

　　一汽大众工厂生产基地启动智能工厂建设项目，引入移动机器人系统，打造智能高效的内物流系统，实现从产线到仓库、覆盖全厂的物流自动化搬运，提升了物流效率，降低了用工成本，提高了物流系统的柔性。

　　一汽大众打造这套智慧物流系统，主要由两大因素决定：

　　一方面，是顺应智能制造发展趋势，作为大众集团全球工厂中的一个标杆。

　　另一方面，是满足工厂不同车型混线生产模式柔性的客观需求。工厂在高峰时一天要生产2400台汽车，提供给用户选择的零件高达上万种。传统物流拣选超市是工人依据单据在物流超市区域内往复行走进行拣选，面对如此巨大的拣选工作量和拣选复杂度，存在很大的行走浪费，并且拣选极易出错。另外工厂需要引入柔性、高效的定制化生产系统，来保障整车零件的配送和高品质。由自动化设备替代人工操作，保证供给生产线的零件是准确可靠。

　　智慧物流系统主要集成了移动机器人控制系统rcs和仓储管理系统iwms，一汽大众的fis系统、plp系统，四者无缝对接，真正做到了生产与物流管理的系统化、一体化、透明化和智能化。

　　plp系统是一汽大众的物流总控平台，将零件包装信息、零件主数据、入库单据等入库相关数据下达至iwms系统，iwms系统将作业任务给rcs系统，rcs系统再向机器人下达搬运动作指令。

　　fis系统控制工厂所有的车辆生产排程，它根据生产计划，将生产每辆汽车所需的零件清单统计后下发给生产和物流系统，生产和物流系统据此安排产线资源和物流资源，从而保证生产全过程信息的一致性以及生产信息跟踪的及时性，plp系统同时也下发一份生产计划给iwms系统，iwms系统同样据此生成超市的零件拣选出库计划，保证超市零件能按时拣选出库并送至产线各个工位。

　　汽车制造工厂中零部件的存储和拣选仓库被称为“超市”。超市面积约3000平方米，使用47台机器人，存储500多箱零件。

　　项目规划时，经过提炼各种复杂的业务场景方案：通用件区分、技术更改零件切替、选装零件排序，从生产零件的仓储、拣选、排序、配送，整个作业流程全部由移动机器人系统来完成，工厂生产基地的生产车间和零部件仓库。

　　大规模使用二维码导航移动机器人的零部件超市。在引入移动机器人系统后，将传统汽车零件超市“人找货”的固有零件存储、分拣、排序的人工模式，转化为高效、便捷、智能的“货到人”的拣选和排序出库模式。
